Everest Base Camp, Cho La & Renjo La Passes

23 Days

A complete Everest journey, beyond Base Camp

The Everest Base Camp, Cho La Pass and Renjo La Pass trek stands among the most complete and rewarding adventures the Himalaya has to offer. It combines the classic pilgrimage to Everest Base Camp with two of the Khumbu’s most spectacular high-altitude crossings, taking trekkers deep into the heart of the region — through traditional Sherpa villages, ancient Buddhist monasteries, glacier-carved valleys and some of the most dramatic mountain scenery found anywhere on Earth.
The journey opens with the classic approach through the legendary Khumbu Valley, climbing past Namche Bazaar, Tengboche and Dingboche before reaching Everest Base Camp itself at 5,364 metres. From there, a pre-dawn ascent of Kala Patthar (5,545 m) delivers an unobstructed sunrise view across Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse and the surrounding giants.
From Base Camp, the route turns away from the standard trail and climbs to the Cho La Pass (5,420 m), a serious and dramatic glaciated crossing linking the Everest Valley to the secluded Gokyo region — before a further climb to the Renjo La Pass (5,360 m), widely regarded as one of the single finest viewpoints in the entire Everest region.
